PolicySite is a service of Kisil Media LLC, based in Boca Raton, Florida. This policy covers thepolicysite.com and the information collected through its contact and free website audit forms.

Phone-link measurement

If you allow advertising measurement, clicking our telephone link may send Google Ads a conversion event. This measures a click, not whether a call connected or what was discussed. Our website tracking does not record calls.

Information we collect

When you contact us, we receive the name, email address, agency name, website address, service interest, and message you choose to submit. Required fields are identified on the form. Please do not submit policyholder records, insurance applications, payment details, or other sensitive personal information.

Our hosting and form providers process technical information, such as IP addresses and request details, to deliver and secure the service. We use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate information about page visits and form activity. We do not send the contents of your inquiry to our analytics service.

How we use your information

We use inquiry details to respond to you, deliver an audit you requested, discuss services, and maintain the related business correspondence. We also use technical information to operate and protect the site and understand which pages and campaigns result in inquiries. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Service providers and disclosure

We use Vercel to host the site, Formspree to process form submissions, and email services to receive and respond to inquiries. These providers process information to provide their services. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the security and rights of our business and users.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not send your name, email address, agency name, or message to Google Ads through our conversion tracking.

Analytics, storage, and advertising choices

The site uses session storage to remember the landing page and campaign source during your visit. This helps us identify where an inquiry came from. Session storage normally clears when you close the tab.

When advertising measurement is enabled, you can choose whether to allow Google Ads measurement. Google tags load only after you allow it. They may use cookies and information about your visit and ad interaction to measure successful inquiries. Advertising personalization is disabled in our tag configuration. Your measurement choice is remembered on this browser for up to six months; you can change it through Advertising preferences in the footer. Declining does not prevent you from using the site or submitting a form.

Retention, security, and your choices

We retain inquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to handle the request, maintain relevant business records, and meet legal obligations. We use HTTPS and service-provider security controls; no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, or ask us to stop follow-up communications, using the contact details below. Applicable privacy rights vary by location; some records may need to be retained for legal or business obligations. Our providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate.
