Pricing

What an insurance agency website costs.

A fixed build fee, then a flat monthly plan. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices, no quote-on-request games — the numbers are on this page because you should be able to decide before you talk to anyone.

Step one

The build

$2,000fixed price

A complete custom website for a standard, single-location independent insurance agency. Half is due to begin and half when the site is approved for launch. Your selected monthly care plan begins when the site goes live. Most projects launch within four to six weeks after we receive the required content and account access.

Custom-designed for your agency — not a rented template shared across hundreds of agencies.

Standard scope

The $2,000 build covers one agency brand and one office location. Additional pages, locations, languages, custom rater or CRM integrations, branding, photography, and migrations involving more than 20 existing URLs are priced separately.

Any additional cost is presented and approved before the work is added — never afterward. Domain registration, business email, paid advertising, stock or commissioned photography, brand identity work, and third-party software fees are not included.

One number, not six line items

Insurance website platforms commonly advertise a monthly price somewhere around $170 — for the website alone. Reviews, local listings, and SEO are usually separate line items, and the total lands well past the headline once you add the pieces you actually needed. Every tier above is the whole thing, one number, and the site is yours rather than rented.

In plain terms

What the monthly work actually includes.

Care plans are easy to sell and hard to pin down. Here is what each line on one actually means, so you can hold us to it and compare us against anyone else honestly.

An SEO content deliverable

One article, coverage page, location page, FAQ resource, or meaningful improvement to an existing page — whichever the month's search opportunity calls for. We choose it with you rather than publishing to a quota, because a rewritten coverage page often beats a new blog post.

Google Business Profile management

Keeping the profile accurate and active: categories, services, service areas, hours, and business details; posting monthly updates; adding photos you supply; responding to reviews with your approval; and monitoring for suspensions or unauthorised edits. It does not include creating new profiles for locations you do not operate.

Content edits

Text, image, staff, and carrier changes to existing pages — up to two hours a month, which covers ordinary agency churn several times over. Anything larger, like a new page or a redesigned section, is quoted first and only ever added with your approval.

Plan details

What to know before you choose a plan.

Initial term

6 months on the care plan, starting the day the site goes live. After that it runs month to month.

When billing starts

The build is billed half at kickoff and half at launch approval. The monthly plan begins at launch — you are never paying a care plan for a site that is not live yet.

Is the care plan required?

Yes, for the initial 6 months. The build is priced at $2,000 because the plan follows it; without the plan the build would cost meaningfully more. You still own the site from launch either way.

If you cancel

After the initial term, 30 days' written notice, no exit fee. Cancelling during the term ends the ongoing work at the end of the term rather than triggering a penalty. You keep the site either way.

What you own

The site is yours at launch, once the build fee is paid in full — not after some minimum term, and not licensed to you. Your domain, brand assets, and accounts are yours from day one.

Moving elsewhere

You can take the site to another host or developer whenever you like. We hand over the code, the content, and the accounts, and we do not charge a release fee for it.

Paying annually

Pay a year of the care plan up front and take 10% off it. Same plan, same work — it simply costs less than paying monthly.

Price changes

Your rate is locked for the initial term. After that, any change comes with at least 30 days' written notice, and increases are capped at 5% a year — so a renewal is never a renegotiation.

Works with your stack

Built around the tools your agency already uses.

We can route quote requests, embed intake tools, and connect supported systems where your vendor and account allow it. We confirm the exact setup before work begins.

The math

Price it against client value, not website cost.

Every agency's break-even point is different. Divide the annual plan cost by your average annual commission per retained household or account. That tells you how many clients the website needs to help you win or retain to pay for itself. Our reporting focuses on quote requests and search performance so you can measure that investment against your own book — not vanity pageviews.

Questions

Pricing questions, answered.

Why a monthly fee at all — isn't the site just done?

A site that nobody updates loses ground every month: rankings drift, carrier lists go stale, software needs patching. The monthly plan is what keeps the thing producing quote requests instead of slowly becoming a brochure. You also get a report each month showing exactly what it produced, so the fee is never a mystery.

Is there a contract?

The care plan runs on a 6-month initial term, then month-to-month with 30 days' notice. The term is what makes a lower build fee possible — it is not a lock-in tactic, and you own your site and domain throughout.

Who owns the website?

You do, from launch — as soon as the build fee is paid in full, not after some minimum term. Your domain is registered in your agency's name from the start, and the content, design, and code are yours outright. There is no licence that expires, no platform you are renting, and nothing that stops working if you leave. If you move to another developer we hand over the code and the accounts and do not charge a release fee. Holding an agency's site hostage is a good way to earn a bad reputation in a small industry.

Is there a discount for paying annually?

Yes. Pay a year of the care plan up front and it is 10% less than paying monthly — Foundation $1,609, Growth $3,229, Scale $5,929 for the year. Same plan and the same work either way; it is cheaper because it is simpler to administer, not because the monthly price is padded.

What happens if I cancel?

After the 6-month initial term, give 30 days' written notice and the plan ends — no exit fee and no penalty. Cancelling during the term stops the ongoing work at the end of the term rather than triggering a charge. Either way the site stays yours and stays online: we transfer hosting to you or to whoever you choose, hand over the code and content, and leave the domain where it already is, in your name.

Can I hire you for SEO only, without a rebuild?

Yes, if the site you have is worth building on. Some sites are structurally fine and simply have no coverage pages, no local pages, and an unclaimed Google Business Profile — that is an SEO engagement, not a rebuild. Others are slow, unstructured, or impossible to edit, and doing SEO on them is money spent propping up the wrong foundation. The free audit is where we tell you which one you have, and we will say so plainly if a rebuild is not worth it.

What if I already have a website?

Then start with the free 5-point audit. Sometimes the answer is a rebuild, and sometimes it is three fixes to the site you have. We will tell you which, and there is no obligation either way.

Do you work with more than one agency in my area?

We will not build two agencies into a fight with each other over the same searches. Tell us your market on the first call — if we are already working with a direct competitor there, we will say so up front.

Not sure which tier fits your agency?
